MARM LIGHTING LTD

The company MARM LIGHTING LTD is a trading corporation with activity in the following products:

• electronic ballasts
• electronic transformers
• energy efficiency bulbs
• fluorescent lighting devices
• led
• other lighting products such as emergency box

It was founded in December 2007 and is based in Cyprus. The technical support of the company’s products will be performed out of the DIONIC premises in Athens, Greece.

MARM LIGHTING LTD assured the construction patent of electronic ballast for the entire world with the commercial name Eco Energy, which provides significant save in energy, both against the existent magnetic and electronic ballasts.

The company’s products will bear the CE labeling, which indicates that the products comply with all guidelines defined by the European Union.

The company, after evaluating several factories which manufacture electronic ballasts, proceeded to the signature of an agreement with a house abroad, for the manufacture of its own electronic ballast.

The products will start being distributed on the Greek and the European market on October 2008 onwards. At first, the company will operate in the electronic ballasts trading for T8, T5 and PL fluorescent lighting bulbs, and subsequently it will operate in the trading of other products, as seen above.
